Guide	English-speaking guide service (except while on board the bullet train) on Day 2-6 and English assistant service at the point of transfer on Day 1, 4, 5, and 7 (and Day 8 for the round trip plan) is included.
Baggage	Your baggage will be transported from Hakone to Kyoto on Day 4. Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage. For the overnight stay in Nagoya and Kisoji, we recommend that you carry a light overnight bag. Additional baggage will require an extra fee of JPY 2,200 per item. Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage for the seat sharing van from Kyoto to Kansai Airport. Additional baggage will require an extra fee of JPY 1,000 per item.

Day 1: Arrive in Tokyo

Narita Airport Hotel in Tokyo.
(JTB staff will meet you at the exit of customs and assist you in boarding a reserved taxi.)

Day 2: Tokyo

REMARKS

1. The JAPAN TOUR PACKAGE is a combination of several tours offered by SUNRISE TOURS. The structure of each component tour is mentioned on the tour page.
2.Participants will be taken care of by the English-speaking guide or assistant assigned to each tour from the point of assembly to the disbanding point. Please
note that the accompanying guide or assistant may change on a daily basis and that they are not staying at the hotel with the tour group.
3.As the departure flight leaves Kansai Airport at midnight, participants may have to wait several hours at the airport after arriving in a bench-seated van.
4. Extending your length of stay during the tour is not possible. Please ask your SUNRISE CENTER for an extension if you plan to extend your stay in either Tokyo or Kyoto.

Other Remarks
1. Please dress casually and wear shoes comfortable for walking on Day 5.
2. The departure station on the morning of Day 4 may be changed from Nakatsugawa Station to Nagiso Station. Transportation to the station may be made by taxi instead of bus.
3.On the day of the Jidai Matsuri festival (October 22), the tour will visit Chishaku-in Temple instead of Heian Jingu Shrine.
4. The bus between Tsumago and Magome is not operated during the winter, so a taxi or small bus will be used instead.
5. If the Toyota Commemorative Museum is closed, you will visit the Tokugawa Art Museum, Koshoji Temple, Noritake no Mori, or Atsuta Jingu Shrine instead.
6. On Day 6, the Limited Express to Nagoya Station may be changed to a local train.
7. Vegetarian menu options are also available.
8. This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only.

Remarks for Mt. Fuji-Hakone Tour
1.Multilingual audio guides are available in Korean, Chinese, German and Spanish. They will be provided free of charge. We recommend that you make requests in advance to enjoy this special service. Units may not be available if your request is made at the last minute. One unit or more will be provided per group. (Depending on the conditions at the time your request is made, it may not be possible to provide one unit per person.)
2. The Mt. Komagatake Ropeway is skipped on the following days due to traffic conditions: May 2, 5, July 18, 23, 24, 30, 31, August 6, 7, 20, 21, 27, 28, September 3, 10, 19, 25, October 1, 10, 15, 22, 29, 30, November 5, 12, 19, and December 30.
3.When the Fuji Visitor Center is closed or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic conditions, the Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped.
4.The road to Mt. Fuji 5th station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the winter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is behind schedule, you will go to the highest possible point.
5.We recommend you to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during autumn and winter.
6.The tour will not be cancelled nor refunded if you are unable to see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to weather conditions.
7.Although the Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway or the cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted for as a result of traffic and weather conditions or other operational reasons, the tour will not be canceled nor will the tour fee be refunded. In the case that one or both of the destinations are omitted, you will enjoy one of the following alternatives: Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Shrine and Hakone Ropeway (Owaku-dani Valley). Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based upon careful consideration of tour logistics and other conditions.
8. Your tour guide may not accompany you back to Tokyo after Odawara Station for operational reasons. In this case, your guide will tell you how to go back to your hotel from Tokyo Station (Return by shinkansen), or from Shinjuku/Ginza (The entire tour is by motorcoach.)
